Delhi: दिल्ली सरकार राशन वितरण प्रणाली को बेहतर बनाने के लिए नए स्मार्ट राशन कार्ड लॉन्च करने जा रही है। इन कार्डों में QR कोड और आधुनिक डिजिटल सुविधाएं होंगी, जिससे राशन लेना आसान होगा और सिस्टम में होने वाली चोरी या धांधली पर रोक लगेगी। मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता ने खाद्य एवं आपूर्ति विभाग की बैठक में इसके लिए अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए हैं।
\nसरकार का मकसद राशन वितरण को पारदर्शी बनाना है। नए लाभार्थियों को चुनने के लिए एक विशेष समिति बनाई जाएगी और जल्द ही नए आवेदनों की प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी। साथ ही, दिल्ली की सभी 1,943 PDS दुकानों को एक जैसा बनाया जाएगा, जहां साफ-सफाई और सूचना बोर्ड का होना जरूरी होगा। राशन कम देने या देरी करने वाले डीलरों और सप्लायरों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
\nराशन कार्ड से जुड़ी समस्याओं को दूर करने के लिए 1 मई, 2026 से हर शनिवार को ‘जन शिकायत समाधान कैंप’ लगाए जाएंगे। ये कैंप सुबह 9 बजे से 11 बजे तक चलेंगे, जिनमें असिस्टेंट कमिश्नर मौजूद रहेंगे ताकि लंबित मामलों का मौके पर निपटारा हो सके। मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता खुद इन कैंपों का औचक निरीक्षण करेंगी। इन शिविरों में ‘वन नेशन, वन राशन कार्ड’ योजना की जानकारी भी दी जाएगी, जिसके तहत लाभार्थी एक समय में एक ही जगह से राशन ले सकेंगे।
\nबैठक में मुफ्त LPG योजना की भी समीक्षा की गई। निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि दीपावली तक सभी पात्र परिवारों को इस योजना से जोड़ दिया जाए। इसके लिए जिला कार्यालयों में आधार केंद्र बनाए जाएंगे ताकि 100% ई-केवाईसी का काम पूरा किया जा सके।

नियमों को तोड़ने वालों के खिलाफ बड़ा अभियान चलाया है। इस कार्रवाई में जाली परमिट और गाड़ियों के साथ छेड़छाड़ करने वाले कई मामले सामने आए हैं। पुलिस ने तीन अलग-अलग मामलों में एफआईआर दर्ज की है और फर्जी परमिट बेचने वाले गिरोह का भी पता लगाया है।
\n27 अप्रैल को पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट के पास तिलक मार्ग सर्किल पर ASI राजेंदर कुमार और हेड कांस्टेबल ओमप्रकाश ने नो एंट्री नियम तोड़ने वाले एक वाहन को रोका। जांच में पता चला कि गाड़ी पर लगा ‘नो एंट्री परमिट’ (NEP) फर्जी था, जिसके बाद ड्राइवर वीर पाल को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया। इसी दिन रात 10 बजे संसद ट्रैफिक सर्किल के पास एक और गाड़ी पकड़ी गई। ड्राइवर राहुल शुक्ला ने बताया कि उसने संजय नाम के व्यक्ति से 12,000 रुपये में यह जाली परमिट खरीदा था। इस मामले में मंदिर मार्ग पुलिस स्टेशन में केस दर्ज किया गया है।
\nअभियान के दौरान एक ऐसी गाड़ी भी मिली जिसके चेसिस और इंजन नंबर में गड़बड़ी थी। पुलिस के मुताबिक गाड़ी के साथ छेड़छाड़ की गई थी और फर्जी नंबर प्लेट का इस्तेमाल किया गया था। इस वाहन को जब्त कर कनॉट प्लेस पुलिस स्टेशन को सौंप दिया गया है, जहाँ FIR नंबर 110/26 दर्ज की गई है। ट्रैफिक पुलिस ने साफ किया है कि ऐसे फर्जीवाड़े को बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा और दोषियों पर कड़ी कानूनी कार्रवाई होगी।
\nस्पेशल कमिश्नर ऑफ पुलिस (ट्रैफिक) के. जगदीशन ने सभी कमर्शियल वाहन मालिकों और ड्राइवरों को सलाह दी है कि वे परमिट केवल दिल्ली ट्रैफिक पुलिस के आधिकारिक ऑनलाइन पोर्टल से ही लें। पुलिस ने बताया कि NEP 32 अलग-अलग श्रेणियों के वाहनों के लिए जारी किए जाते हैं, जिनमें दूध, फल, सब्जी, दवाइयां और ऑक्सीजन जैसी जरूरी चीजों को ले जाने वाली गाड़ियां शामिल हैं। वार्षिक और अस्थायी पास ऑनलाइन मिलते हैं, जबकि शॉर्ट-टर्म पास संबंधित रेंज के DCP द्वारा ऑफलाइन जारी किए जाते हैं।
\nNEP कुल 32 श्रेणियों के वाहनों को मिलता है। इसमें दूध, फल, सब्जी, मांस, दवाइयां, ऑक्सीजन, LPG और पानी जैसे जरूरी सामान ले जाने वाली गाड़ियों के साथ-साथ DDA, PWD और DMRC जैसी सरकारी सेवाओं में लगी गाड़ियां शामिल हैं।
\nएडिशनल कमिश्नर विजयंता गोयल आर्य और डीसीपी के. रमेश ने स्पष्ट किया है कि जाली परमिट का उपयोग करने वालों के खिलाफ ‘जीरो टॉलरेंस’ की नीति अपनाई जाएगी और सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

को यहाँ मौसम की सबसे गर्म रात दर्ज की गई है, जिससे रात के समय भी तापमान काफी ऊपर रहा। अब राहत की उम्मीद में मौसम विभाग ने कुछ इलाकों के लिए गरज-चमक के साथ बारिश का ‘येलो अलर्ट’ जारी किया है।
\nमौसम विभाग के आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, दिल्ली के कई केंद्रों पर न्यूनतम तापमान सामान्य से 4.6 से 5.4 डिग्री सेल्सियस ज्यादा रहा। आयानगर में सबसे ज्यादा 29.1 डिग्री सेल्सियस तापमान दर्ज किया गया, जबकि सफदरजंग में यह 28.4 डिग्री रहा। पालम में 27.4 डिग्री, लोधी रोड में 26.6 डिग्री और रिज इलाके में 26.2 डिग्री सेल्सियस न्यूनतम तापमान रिकॉर्ड किया गया।
\nIMD के मुताबिक, जब अधिकतम तापमान 40 डिग्री या उससे ज्यादा हो और न्यूनतम तापमान सामान्य से 4.5 से 6.4 डिग्री ऊपर रहे, तो उसे ‘गर्म रात’ कहा जाता है। मंगलवार को अधिकतम तापमान 39 से 40 डिग्री के बीच रहने का अनुमान है। चक्रवाती हवाओं के कारण दिल्ली के साथ-साथ हरियाणा, उत्तर प्रदेश, राजस्थान और उत्तराखंड में भी आंधी-तूफान और बारिश की संभावना है।
\nसोमवार शाम को दिल्ली-एनसीआर में तेज धूल भरी आंधी चली थी, जिसमें हवा की रफ्तार 61 किमी/घंटा तक पहुँच गई थी। 28 अप्रैल को दिन में बादल छाए रहने और हल्की बूंदाबांदी की उम्मीद है। वहीं, दिल्ली की वायु गुणवत्ता (AQI) 196 दर्ज की गई है, जिसे ‘मध्यम’ श्रेणी में रखा गया है।
\nIMD के अनुसार, जब दिन का तापमान 40 डिग्री से ऊपर हो और रात का न्यूनतम तापमान सामान्य से 4.5 से 6.4 डिग्री सेल्सियस ज्यादा रहे, तो उसे गर्म रात माना जाता है।
