Finance: केंद्रीय सरकारी कर्मचारियों और पेंशनभोगियों के लिए 8वें वेतन आयोग (8th Pay Commission) को लेकर दिल्ली में महत्वपूर्ण बैठकें शुरू हो गई हैं। 28 से 30 अप्रैल 2026 तक चलने वाली इन बैठकों में सैलरी बढ़ोतरी, भत्ते और फिटमेंट फैक्टर जैसे बड़े मुद्दों पर चर्चा की जा रही है। इस आयोग का मुख्य काम कर्मचारियों की वेतन संरचना की समीक्षा करना और नई सिफारिशें देना है।
\nदिल्ली में 28 से 30 अप्रैल 2026 तक कर्मचारी यूनियनों और संघों के साथ चर्चा चल रही है। इसके बाद आयोग की टीम 4 और 5 मई को पुणे जाएगी और आने वाले समय में मुंबई सहित अन्य राज्यों का दौरा करेगी। सरकार ने 3 नवंबर 2025 को गजट अधिसूचना के जरिए इस आयोग का गठन किया था। उम्मीद है कि आयोग अपनी रिपोर्ट मई 2027 तक सौंप देगा और इसकी सिफारिशें 1 जनवरी 2026 से लागू हो सकती हैं।
\nबैठकों के दौरान विभिन्न कर्मचारी संघों ने अपनी मांगें रखी हैं, जिनमें न्यूनतम वेतन और भत्तों में बढ़ोतरी मुख्य है। इन मांगों का विवरण नीचे दी गई टेबल में है:

इस आयोग की अध्यक्षता पूर्व सुप्रीम कोर्ट न्यायाधीश रंजना प्रकाश देसाई कर रही हैं। उनके साथ अर्थशास्त्री प्रोफेसर पुलक घोष और पूर्व आईएएस अधिकारी पंकज जैन सदस्य के रूप में शामिल हैं। फिलहाल आयोग परामर्श के शुरुआती चरण में है और अभी तक कोई अंतिम निर्णय नहीं लिया गया है। NC-JCM ने सुझाव और ज्ञापन जमा करने की तारीख 30 अप्रैल से बढ़ाकर 31 मई 2026 करने का अनुरोध किया है।
\nआयोग की सिफारिशें संभावित रूप से 1 जनवरी 2026 से प्रभावी हो सकती हैं, जबकि आयोग को अपनी अंतिम रिपोर्ट मई 2027 तक जमा करनी है।

चिब समेत कुल 18 लोगों को मुख्य साजिशकर्ता बनाया गया है. पुलिस का कहना है कि यह पूरा प्रदर्शन अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भारत की छवि खराब करने के लिए किया गया था.
\nपुलिस जांच में सामने आया कि इस विरोध प्रदर्शन की तैयारी एक महीने पहले से ही शुरू हो गई थी. इसके लिए ‘एआई इम्पैक्ट ग्रुप’ नाम का एक व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप बनाया गया था. साजिश रचने के लिए इंडियन यूथ कांग्रेस (IYC) के दफ्तर और दिल्ली के अलग-अलग रेस्टोरेंट में कई गुप्त बैठकें की गईं. प्रदर्शनकारियों ने ओखला के एक प्रेस से करीब 100 सफेद टी-शर्ट छपवाई थीं, जिन पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप की आपत्तिजनक तस्वीरें और मैसेज लिखे थे. सुरक्षा जांच से बचने के लिए इन टी-शर्टों को जैकेट या शर्ट के नीचे छिपाकर पहना गया था.
\nचार्जशीट में उदयभानु चिब, मनीष शर्मा, श्री कृष्ण हरि और सिद्धार्थ अवधूत को मुख्य साजिशकर्ता बताया गया है. इनके अलावा 14 अन्य लोगों को भी आरोपी बनाया गया है. पुलिस ने आरोपियों पर भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS) के तहत आपराधिक साजिश, सरकारी कर्मचारी को चोट पहुँचाने और ड्यूटी में बाधा डालने जैसी गंभीर धाराएं लगाई हैं. स्पेशल सीपी देवेश चंद्र श्रीवास्तव के मुताबिक, यह एक गहरी साजिश थी और अब आगे की जांच इंटरस्टेट सेल को सौंप दी गई है.
\nयह विरोध प्रदर्शन 20 फरवरी 2026 को भारत मंडपम में आयोजित ‘इंडिया एआई इम्पैक्ट समिट’ के दौरान हुआ था. प्रदर्शनकारियों ने वहां “पीएम इज कॉम्प्रोमाइज्ड” जैसे नारे लगाए थे. वे भारत-अमेरिका व्यापार समझौते और जेफरी एपस्टीन फाइलों के खिलाफ विरोध जता रहे थे. इस मामले में उदयभानु चिब को 24 फरवरी 2026 को गिरफ्तार किया गया था. वहीं कांग्रेस नेता भूपेश बघेल ने इस गिरफ्तारी को गैरकानूनी और अभिव्यक्ति की आजादी पर हमला बताया है.
\nदिल्ली पुलिस की क्राइम ब्रांच ने 28 या 29 अप्रैल 2026 को पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट में 5000 पन्नों की चार्जशीट दाखिल की है.

\nयह विशेष प्रशिक्षण लाल बहादुर शास्त्री नेशनल एकेडमी ऑफ एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन (LBSNAA) में आयोजित होगा। यह कोर्स 11 मई से 5 जून तक चलेगा। इसमें बिहार के 11 सीनियर अधिकारियों को शामिल किया गया है, जिनमें जिलाधिकारियों की भी भूमिका अहम है।

में बूढ़ी गंडक रिवर फ्रंट प्रोजेक्ट पर काम तेज, वर्ल्ड बैंक की टीम ने किया निरीक्षण"},"content":{"protected":false,"rendered":"Bihar: मुजफ्फरपुर शहर की सूरत बदलने वाली है। बूढ़ी गंडक रिवर फ्रंट परियोजना को लेकर काम में तेजी आ गई है। 29 अप्रैल 2026 को World Bank की एक्सपर्ट टीम ने प्रस्तावित साइटों का दौरा किया और अधिकारियों के साथ चर्चा की। इस प्रोजेक्ट के पूरा होने से शहर को एक नई पहचान मिलेगी और स्थानीय लोगों के लिए रोजगार के नए मौके खुलेंगे।
\nइस प्रोजेक्ट को गुजरात के साबरमती रिवर फ्रंट और पटना के गंगा रिवर फ्रंट की तर्ज पर विकसित किया जाएगा। यहाँ लोगों के टहलने के लिए वॉक-वे, हरा-भरा सिटी पार्क, बैठने की जगह और शानदार लाइटिंग की व्यवस्था होगी। इसके अलावा एक पर्यटन केंद्र भी बनाया जाएगा ताकि शहर में टूरिज्म को बढ़ावा मिले। मुजफ्फरपुर नगर आयुक्त ऋतुराज प्रताप सिंह ने वर्ल्ड बैंक की टीम को इसका मास्टर प्लान भी दिखाया।
\nBUDCO इस प्रोजेक्ट की Detailed Project Report (DPR) तैयार कर रहा है। यह काम ‘नमामि गंगे’ योजना के तहत किया जा रहा है, जिसमें पहले चरण में सिकंदरपुर से आश्रम घाट तक के इलाके पर ध्यान दिया जाएगा। बिहार सरकार बुनियादी ढांचे के विकास के लिए वर्ल्ड बैंक से बड़े लोन की उम्मीद कर रही है। साथ ही, केंद्र की जल शक्ति मंत्रालय भी इस योजना में सहयोग कर रहा है।
\nनदी को साफ रखने के लिए प्रशासन ने अहम कदम उठाए हैं। मुशहरी (रोहुआ) में स्थित 22.5 MLD क्षमता वाले सीवरेज ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट (STP) के ट्रीटेड पानी को अब सीधे अंडरग्राउंड पाइपलाइन के जरिए बूढ़ी गंडक नदी में छोड़ा जाएगा। पहले इसे मनिका मन में छोड़ने की योजना थी, लेकिन स्थानीय लोगों के विरोध और जैव विविधता को बचाने के लिए योजना में बदलाव किया गया है।
